Good Afternoon Everyone,
Thank you so much to all who shared my creations on Facebook, posted comments to my blog, and elsewhere, couldn’t thank you enough. Please continue to help me share! THANK YOU!!!
Today’s challenge is with these wonderful creative talented ladies,The Paper Players #175 featuring Anne Marie’s Color Challenge using Pink Pirouette, Old Olive, and Raspberry Ripple colors. I LOVE these challenges! I’m not very good with colors, so this help me mix-it-up! =)
AND along with some sneak peek from SU! Occasions Catalog (you’ll love it!) Perfect Pennants stamp set and Banners Framelits Dies. And I LOVE purchasing the Bundle & Save!!! =) They’re available for SU! Demonstrator to pre-order right now and will be available to everyone for ordering January 3-June 1, 2014. Mark your calendars!
Now let’s get started with the creations….YAY!!! =)
Let me first start off, when I saw SU came out with SU Language of Love stamp set that goes along with the SU Small Heart Punch (117193)(ahhhh LOVE!!) that goes along with the heart punch (love love), my eyes popped wide open and was like ahhh!! Yay yay yay!!! I love love the heart punch and I know I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them and I know I had to make a banner using them!!!
Here’s all four cards…
For the next two cards, I used the same layout and idea but switched the buttons from one side to the other. I love how these hearts banner turned out, it just added a little cute touch to it. I love the new banners framelits too – love love love!!! Then in the inside of the cards, I used SU Yippee-Skippee (131341/131344) for all four cards. And the SU Perfect Pennants are perfect sentiments, “Sending Good Thoughts Your Way” and “Make A Wish.”
For the third card, I changed the layout a little. This one I thought it’ll be cute to create these cards without the banner and use them as dangling down with a cute little pink twine and a cute little bow. Love the sentiment from the SU Perfect Pennants stamp set, “You Make Me Happy.”
Lastly, for the fourth card, sorry that I added a new color to the color challenge, but I didn’t want my sky to be green hehe and I really wanted to add the cloud to this card. For this one, I created a full banner. I just couldn’t stop expressing my love to this heart punch that goes so perfectly great with the SU Language of Love stamp set. Along with the must have SU Perfect Pennants stamp sets…I love the sentiment… “Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.” So very true!!! =) and love how it coordinate so well with the banner framelits too.
The possibilities are ENDLESS with these new creative stamps sets and framelits!!!
And here's the Paper Players PP#175 challenge colors…

ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous thanks for sharing. How are you getting the hearts to attach to the twine?
ReplyDeleteGayle Schrock (Independent stamping demo)
Hi Gayle, after I stamped the hearts and punched them out using the mini heart punch, I used my hot gun glue and glued each hearts on the twine. Hope that helps. Thanks for dropping by to say hi. =)
